SHE JUMPED INTO A COMPLETELY UNKNOWN AND DANGEROUS SITUATION AND IN THE SPAN OF LIKE idk 30 SECONDS CAME UP WITH A PLAN THAT WORKED. SHE DREW FROM EXPERIENCE SEEING SHINSOU AND DEKU FIGHT IN THE SPORTS FESTIVAL AND GOT SHINSOU TO ACT QUICKLY AND SAVED THE HERO
I will admit I had my doubts about how Hori was going to make Uraraka's character play out and even now I'm still not 100% certain she won't be relegated to Orihime status but this was not it yall. We got more (ADORABLE MAY I ADD) backstory for her, AND can I just bring up how much I loved Shinsou in this chapter. His face when he yells at Deku, that kind of nervous yet adrenaline-fueled smile. I 100% believe Shinsou and Deku trusted each other during this short exchange, Deku knew what he and Uraraka were trying to do, and I also believe that Shinsou believed in this moment that this was his opportunity to save Deku and be seen doing something heroic. I absolutely believe it.
